Seasonal Depression

Seasonal Depression, also called Seasonal Affective Disorder (or very fittingly S.A.D.) starts usually in the fall months and spans throughout the winter. Due to lack of sun, Vitamin D and other causes, people with experience seasonal depression often have prolonged feelings of sadness. That said, some people become seasonally depressed in the summer.
